Felony warrant issued for man videoed abusing dog

A felony arrest warrant was issued Monday morning for a man videoed abusing a dog in Texarkana.

According to police a felony warrant for cruelty to non-livestock animals has been issued for 69-year-old LeGus Holloway. Officers are currently searching for Holloway but have not yet been able to find him.

The video of Holloway abusing the dog was posted to Facebook Friday.

Police say at this point, there are concerns for Holloway’s safety as a result of threatening comments that some people have made on social media. If you know where Holloway is, please call the police department and let them know.
