Police looking for Smartphone EMT burglar

Texarkana, Texas Police are asking for assistance in identifying a burglary suspect.

According to police a little before midnight on March 20, the man in the video busted out the glass on the door at the EMT SmartPhone Repair shop on Richmond Road.

Police say after entering the store and giving it a quick look around, he fled the store without taking anything. Then about an hour later, he came back and stole two iPads that were on the shelf just inside the door.
