TEXARKANA, Texas–Texarkana, Texas Police responded to a stabbing call in the 2400 block of W.11th Street. Officers responded and were told by the victim that his girlfriend of 4 years returned home in the early hours of September 17th and stabbed him with a knife. The suspect, Saudi Webster, 49, of Texarkana Texas was located in the residence and arrested for Aggravated Assault.
