Two arrested for stolen camper trailer

On March 29, 2018, Miller County Deputies received a report of a camper that had been stolen from a residence on County Road 306. On March 30, 2018 at approximately 3pm, Miller County Investigators and members of the Uniform Patrol Division went to a residence in Fouke, Arkansas where the investigation had revealed that the stolen camper was being stored. Following a brief search of the propert, Investigators and Deputies located the stolen camper, and identified two suspects, Timothy Yarnold, W/M 28 of Miller County, and Mary Kennedy, W/F 28 of Ashdown, Arkansas who were in possession of the stolen camper.

The camper was recovered and subsequently released to the owner, while Yarnold and Kennedy were arrested by Miller County Investigator Thomas Whitt for Theft By Receiving. Both Kennedy and Yarnold are being held in the Miller County Detention Center for arraignment on the felony charges, and the investigation continues.
