1:30 A.M. Tuesday | CVS Pharmacy was evacuated around 1:30 A.M. over a bomb threat.  Fire was dispatched to CVS for a signal 100 (bomb threat) and staged across the street in Albertsons parking lot.

Police told everyone to evacuate and told the employees to move towards the new Starbucks building.  Police could be heard tracking down the owner of a vehicle left in the CVS parking lot over the radio, but it didn’t appear that is what caused the evacuation. The building remained evacuated for at least an hour.
TXK Today has not received a response for comment from CVS or TAPD as of posting.  We will update when we do.
