Red River Army Depot hosted a grand opening ceremony for the Maneuver Systems Sustainment Center that was attended by Congressmen John Ratcliffe and Bruce Westerman.

The MSSC investment of more than $62 million in multi-phase Military Construction project occupies approximately 300,000 square feet in four different buildings.

The new MSSC facilities allows Tactical Wheeled Vehicle production to operate in its own entity with a flexible production floor layout.

In March 2012, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers awarded a $45 million contract to GCC-McCarthy Joint Venture for construction of the last phase of the facility.
