Driver Runs Away From Accident on State Line

10:00 A.M. Wednesday | Police were on scene of a two vehicle accident in front of Whataburger.  According to a Whataburger employee the accident happened in front of the restaurant and the driver of one car got out and started walking south on State Line.

The other vehicle was about a 100 yards north on State Line in the middle turn lane with considerable damage.  Listening to radio traffic it sounds as though TAPD found the driver that fled the scene at a nearby hotel with a bloody nose.
