Texas HighSteppers Named National Champions at Danceline USA National Championship Competition

The trophy case at Texas High School is getting much bigger now that the Texas Highsteppers have brought home the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP TROPHY from the Danceline USA National Championship competition at SeaWorld on March 24 in San Antonio, Texas.

 

National Team Awards received were:  Large Team National Champions; Team National Gold Award (top overall average in contest); Platinum Winner Award (above 95 average for all dances); Judges Award for Kick Routine (judges favorite); First Place Team in Kick and Military Routines; Second Place in Team Pom Routine.

 

The HighStepper Officers brought home National Awards for Platinum Winner Award (above 95 average for all dances), First Place in Lyrical Routine and Third Place in Officer Open Routine.

 

National Division I Soloists include: Hollan Borowitz, Sarah Grace Boudreaux, Madison Bowers, Perin Creek, Allie Graves, EmmaGrace Kuhl, Gabby Leon, Parker Ellyn Madlock, Emily McMaster, Emma McMillen, Addison Rogers and Sarah Stark.

 

Sarah Grace Boudreaux also received a Third Place National Solo Award and Addison Rogers received the Fourth Place National Solo Award.

 

The Texas HighSteppers are coached by Director Amber Reynolds.
