Hope police searching for gas station armed robbery suspects

On April 25, 2017 at approximately 10:30 p.m., officers of the Hope Police Department received a call in reference to a Robbery that had just occurred at the Shell located in the 2600 block of North Hazel Street, in Hope, Arkansas.

Upon arrival, Officers learned that an unknown black male entered the store through the east entrance of the store and walked to the counter. The male pulled a black pistol from his pocket, pointed it at the clerk, and demanded money from the register. After the male pulled the pistol, two additional unknown black males entered the store and one of those males came behind the counter and asked where the cartons of Newport cigarettes were. After the three collected the cigarettes and money they left the store.

The first male to enter the store is described as being medium skin tone with a mustache. One of the two other suspects who entered the store is described as being tall, with dark skin and the other is described as shorter than the first subject, slim and having very dark skin.

The suspect remain unidentified at this time.
