4:00 P.M. | Texarkana Texas Fire Department was dispatched to what was reported as fire at an abandoned house on Waterall St. at Nothenius Street. On scene it was discovered there were in fact multiple people living inside the house one of them being a baby. According to a neighbor the man and women who lived there had been arguing all day and the next thing she new he took off running and the house was on fire.
When TXK Today arrived on scene the woman occupant of the house was franticly saying that “he did it and ran off that way” pointing up Waterall St. According to the mother the baby was in the house with a friend that was watching it when the fire started. The house had no utilities connected and a neighbor said that she didn’t even think anyone was supposed to be living there after the elderly owner died. The house appeared to be a total loss and no one was injured.
