Texarkana, Texas Police responded to a single vehicle crash near the intersection of Findley Street and Ann Street on October 23rd 2014 at approximately 10:24pm.
Upon officers’ arrival, they discovered a white Chevrolet Pickup off the roadway lying on its side. The driver, Isaac Carter, 25, of Texarkana Arkansas, was assisted from the crash and sent to Wadley Hospital to be checked out. Officers responded to Wadley and arrested Carter for Driving While Intoxicated. Carter was transported to jail.
