UPDATE – PAUL CHANCE HAS BEEN LOCATED
According to Miller County Sheriff’s Office Paul Ryan Chance is reported missing by family members and has not been seen or heard from since February 14, 2017.
Detectives are asking for your help locating Mr. Chance.
He may be driving a 2007 Silver Toyota RAV4 with AR plates 590 RCT.
Chance is 30-years-old, 6’3″ approximately 140 lbs, Brown hair and Blue eyes.
