9:30 a.m. Saturday | A fire heavily damaged an apartment at RoseHill Ridge Apartments in the 1200 block of Stuckey Street Saturday morning.
According to fire radio traffic a neighbor could see flames coming from the apartment and a person escaping through a window.
The first firefighters on scene reported heavy smoke coming from the apartment.
According to the on scene fire commander no on was injured. No word on the cause of the fire yet.
