Great things are happening at Red Lick ISD! Last night the Board of Trustees
hired a new position with a full time registered nurse, as well as taking the first step in creating the Red Lick ISD police department.

“Our board is committed to the health and safety of our staff and students,” Superintendent Brandon Dennard stated. “I am excited about these two new additions to our family and look forward to what their services will provide our community.”

Another item on the agenda was selecting a contractor for a parking lot project
that will be built this summer.

“We have large turnouts for our events here and up to this point, we run out of parking space because it becomes so crowded. With the addition of these two new parking lots, our families will appreciate the comfort and safety provided.”

Red Lick ISD will accept letters of interest for the position on the Board of Trustees being left vacant due to an upcoming resignation.

Letters of interest will be accepted from 4/26/18 – 5/9/18. The unexpired term will be filled
through an appointment until an election is held in November 2018.

All letters of interest should be delivered to Kelly Barnhart, Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent, 3510 N. FM 2148, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. They can also be mailed to: Kelly Barnhart, RLISD, 3510 N. FM 2148, Texarkana, TX. 75503.
