Mike Thacker (FatBoy), President of Texarkana Fallen Bikers Memorial Wall, held a gathering Saturday on Stateline Ave. in Texarkana to support the Texarkana Fallen Bikers Memorial Wall initiative. Thacker conceived the idea after losing several friends and family members to bike accidents.
Bikers from across the four states region showed their support for Thacker and the memorial wall over the weekend.
“We are a combination of independent motorcycle riders, Christian motorcycle clubs, non-motorcycle riders, and motorcycle clubs in the community. This will be the 4th motorcycle memorial wall in the United States. The excavation and building of the wall will depend on donated funds, volunteers and our hard work and dedication.”
Thacker said he is proud to see his dream become a reality and looks forward to seeing the wall complete over the next few years.
