The City of Texarkana Texas, Planning and Community Development Department will hold an open house/public meeting to discuss their EPA Brownfields Grants, discuss cleanup of 203/205 Broad, encourage public input for redevelopment that site, and update the public on the status of each Brownfields Grant, as well as offer information on funding streams available.
The open house/public meeting will take place on Thursday, Dec. 10, 2015 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on the second floor of Texarkana Texas City Hall in the Council Chambers. The public is invited to attend.
The City encourages all interested parties to share your redevelopment ideas for 203/205 W. Broad as well as other vacant, distressed properties in Texarkana. Public input is vital to the success of these efforts.
