Texas High Newspaper Only School in Texas Awarded Gold Crown in High School Hybrid Category

The Columbia Scholastic Press Association (CSPA) announced its top awards for scholastic publications during their 91st annual Scholastic Convention on March 20.

In a field of 1,203 newspapers, magazines and yearbooks and digital publications eligible for judging in the 2015 Crown Awards Program, Texas High School was the only school in Texas to receive a Gold Crown for High School Hybrid of Tiger Times/Tiger Times Online.

For Crown consideration, publications are judged on their excellence as shown by their design, photography, concept, coverage and writing.
