Three seventeen year old men are in custody for their part in a series of overnight robberies last Monday night.

Adrian Black, Mone’treiyos Green, and Jadan West, all of Texarkana Arkansas, have been arrested and charged with three counts of Aggravated Robbery and are being held in the Bi-State Jail.

Officers were dispatched to the Arista Apartment, located at 3515 Arista, where two victims advised that they were approached in the parking lot by three masked men who were armed with pistols at approximately 11:58 p.m. last Monday night.

Two more robberies were reported at the Sedona Apartments, located at 4615 Summerhill Road, approximately twenty minutes later. The suspects’ descriptions were similar to that in the previous robbery at the Arista Apartments. The first victim said that he had just gotten into his vehicle and immediately drove off when confronted by the three masked men without giving them anything. A second victim, who was sitting in his vehicle, said that he was approached by three armed masked men who demanded his property.

At 1:21 a.m., a taxi driver reported that he had stopped his taxi in front of a residence in the 1800 block of West 16th Street when two men exited an older silver SUV and approached his taxi. One of the men put a gun to his head, while ordering him to get out of the vehicle and lie down on the ground. After the victim complied, one of the men removed the victim’s wallet containing cash from inside the vehicle. The men then left in the SUV, which was driven by a third subject.

The Texarkana Arkansas Police Department assisted in the investigation.
