U.S. Marshals capture man who fled from Miller County Courthouse

A man who ran from the Miller County Courthouse after being sentenced to 20 years has been arrested by U.S. Marshals in Dallas.

Daroyce Rodgers had been sentenced to 20 years by a jury for drug crimes when he ran from the courtroom knocking over his mom and two bailiffs.

Rodgers will now face additional charges of escape and battery in addition to the 20 years already sentenced.
