Woman arrested after telling police there was bomb in car

9 a.m. Saturday | Texarkana, Arkansas Fire and Police departments responded to E-Z Mart in the 1200 block of East Street after a customer reported that there was a bomb in their car.

According to the E-Z Mart clerk the woman first came into the store and played the lottery for around 20 minutes before reporting that she thought there was a bomb in her car.

According to officers on scene the woman has a history of making false police reports.

The woman was arrested for filing a false police report. According to officers she will receive mental health assistance while in custody.
