The University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana will hold Camp Save-A-Life at the Hope and Texarkana campuses this summer.  The Camp will be held on the Hope campus June 25 through June 28 and on the Texarkana campus July 23 through July 27. The camp is for students who have finished 6th grade through age 14.

Camp Save-A-Life is an educational summer camp where students become medical “professionals” for a week.  The campers are issued scrub tops, clipboards, and their very own picture ID. Exciting new medical activities are planned for this year along with some returning presenters. A graduation ceremony will be held at the end of the camp, with each student receiving a diploma and stethoscope to keep.

The camp is sponsored by Pafford Emergency Medical Services, LifeNet Emergency Medical Services, and Wadley.  Registration is first come, first served and the maximum number of spaces available in each camp is 20 students.

Tuition cost for the camp is $100.00 per student. Scholarships are available. Camp Save-A-Life Scholarship Application
