6 Leg Fun Run & 5k

Only a couple of weeks left until the 1st annual Six Leg Fun Run and 5k taking place in Downtown Texarkana!

Proceeds will benefit the Animal Care & Adoption Center of Texarkana.

Shelby Dunphy Day, the creator and organizer of the race, encourages all Texarkana residents to bring their furry 4 legged friend for a Sunday afternoon of fun!

The race will take place on January 31, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in downtown Texarkana. Runners and walkers can register to run with or without a pet and they also have the option to run competitively or for fun.

In addition to the race, there will be fun events for children, including a pet costume contest, face painting, pet photography, bounce houses,train rides & more!
