A man was shot and killed at Texarkana Mobile Home Park on Terrace Plaza Monday night.
Donnie Smallwood, 40, was shot multiple times and was pronounced dead on scene.
The suspect fled the scene to a house in Maud, Texas. Police surrounded the house and after about an hour the suspect surrendered without incident.
Bowie County Sheriff’s Office Investigators are currently on scene investigating.
