TC Distinguished Lecturer to discuss unknown WWII heroes

As part of the Texarkana College Distinguished Lecture Series, Ernie Cochran will discuss, Codebreakers-The behind the Scenes Heroes of WWII, how mathematicians and women worked to break the Enigma Code and help the military and American allies to win World War II.

Cochran has been on the Texarkana College Board of Trustees since 2016 and is an attorney at Cochran & Golden, LLC. He is a graduate from Texas High School and attended TC before earning his bachelor’s degree in Political Science at Baylor University. Cochran later went on to Baylor School of Law and earned his degree in 1989.

The lecture will be held at the Perot Leadership Museum in the Palmer Memorial Library at Texarkana College on Monday, April 17th at 6:30 p.m.
