Buc-ee’s, a chain of convenience stores located across Texas, has entered into an option to purchase land in Texarkana.
According to multiple sources familiar with the transaction the company has an option to purchase property from KOA Texarkana/Northgate Properties.
KOA is located at 500 St. Michael Drive just west of State Line Ave.
Multiple attempts to contact Buc-ee’s corporate offices has been unsuccessful.
According to sources Buc-ees’s has until late 2019 to purchase the land. According to advertisements another location is coming to Royce City on Interstate 30 in 2020.
