12:30 p.m. Monday | At least two people were transported to a local hospital Monday after a two vehicle accident at W. 7th Street and Spruce Street.
Texarkana, Texas Fire Department had to use a hydraulic rescue tool to extricate the passenger of one vehicle.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation. No injuries appeared to be life threatening.
