ADC Work Release Inmate Escapes and Steals Car

UPDATE – MARTIN HAS BEEN FOUND
Cleophus Martin a work release inmate at the Texarkana Work Release facility in Texarkana, Arkansas escaped Monday evening.

Martin is 44 years old and 142 lbs. His original offense is aggravated robbery.

According to a be on the lookout issued by Texarkana, Arkansas Police Department Martin stole a rental car from Cattleman’s Steak House and used it to flee from the Texarkana Work Release facility.

Anyone that knows the whereabouts or any details on Martin should contact 911. Martin may possibly be in a 2015 Hyundai Sonata with Texas license plates of 248WCO.
