A dump truck pulling out of Budget Tire Co. on Kings Highway became entangled with utility lines Wednesday morning when the raised bed made contact with overhead lines.
The driver stayed in the cab of the truck until power company officials could verify that the lines were de-energized.
After the lines were confirmed to be de-energized utility workers and LEVFD lifted the lines off the truck which reversed out.
