The Charity Dinner will be Fri., Nov. 20th from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and the prizes and event will be Sat., Nov. 21 starting at 10 a.m. at the Arkansas Convention Center Texarkana, 5200 Convention Plaza Dr., Texarkana, AR 71854.
