Myron Turner, 50 of Texarkana, Texas died on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, in Dallas, Texas.
Myron Earl Turner (aka Uncle Myron) was born Thursday, November 13, 1975. He was the fourth child, the ‘baby boy’ of Bobbie Jean and the late Bennie Earl Turner of Texarkana, Texas.
Myron Earl joined the Macedonia Baptist Church, Texarkana, Tx during his adolescent years. As a youth member he participated in the Junior choir and usher ministries.
Myron attended school within the Texarkana Independent School District and graduated from Texas High School in 1994.
After graduation, Myron followed in his father‘s footsteps and pursued car detailing as his career. He worked alongside his oldest brother and dad at his father’s car detailing business, until his father‘s retirement. After which, he worked for the Orr Automobile dealership in Texarkana until his health failed.
He was an avid outdoorsman. Fishing, hunting and horse racing were his favorite pastime activities along with cheering on his beloved Philadelphia Eagles football team. And if he was not watching football, he was watching The History Channel!
Myron was proceeded in death by his father Benny Earl Turner.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Bobbie Jean Turner; his sister, Marshanna Lewis (Michael); his brothers Michael Turner and Marcus Turner; along with a host of aunts, uncle’s nieces, nephews cousins and friends.
Funeral service is scheduled for Friday, March 27th at 2:00 p.m. at Macedonia Baptist Church – 158 Payton Road
Viewing will be one hour prior to the service (1:00 – 2:00 p.m.)
