Texarkana, Texas, police arrested Jason Williams, owner of Café Lucille and Benchmark, on Friday afternoon on a warrant for indecent assault as part of an ongoing investigation, police spokesperson Shawn Vaughn said.
Police radio traffic indicated a detective followed Williams before a patrol unit stopped him on a misdemeanor warrant and seized his phone.
Indecent assault is a Class A misdemeanor under Texas law.

An arrest is not a conviction. Williams is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
