Patsy Otwell, 83, of Texarkana passed away on June 27, 2026. She was born January 26, 1943 to Claude and Lillian West in Stamps, Arkansas.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Patsy was a Baptist. She enjoyed sewing, dancing and going to the casinos.
Survivors include her husband Glen Otwell of Texarkana; son Tommy Thompson and wife Carla of Texarkana; daughter, Deana Parrish and husband Randy of Spring, Texas; 6 grandchildren Sasha, Tessa, Holly, Candice, Courtney, Jeremy; 6 great grandchildren; sister Bobbi Bell of Boise, Idaho; along with a host of other relatives.
Visitation will be held from 6-8 PM, Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at Chapelwood Funeral Home.
Graveside service will be held at 10 AM, Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at Chapelwood Memorial Gardens.
