Pamela Yvonne Favre, age 77, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 21, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Texarkana, Arkansas, on November 6, 1948, to Helen and Coke Cox.
Pam was known as a happy, uplifting person who brought joy and encouragement to those around her. She deeply loved her family and her church family. She attended Genoa Baptist Church and was a former member of Calvary Holiness. Her faith was an important part of her life. She was often asked to sing at church, where her beautiful voice reflected the God-given talent she held so dearly in her heart.
During her school years in Fouke, Pam was honored to be named Homecoming Queen and Prom Queen, two titles she proudly held and cherished.
Pam loved spending time outdoors and making memories with her family. She enjoyed camping and fishing at White Cliffs, hunting, and playing sports like basketball in high school. These special times brought her family together and created lasting memories that will be treasured for generations.
She was also an avid Arkansas Razorbacks and Dallas Cowboys fan and enjoyed cheering on her favorite teams.
Pam’s loving spirit, joyful personality, beautiful voice, devotion to her family, and strong faith will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Helen and Coke Cox.
Left to cherish and honor her memories is her loving husband, Glenn Favre of Genoa, Arkansas; brother Ronnie and Lana Cox of Jonesville, Arkansas; daughter, Olene and Charlie Rogers of Texarkana, Arkansas; nephew, Chad Cox; nieces, Rhonda McNutt and Mary Beth Cox; grandchildren: Tye and Maria Moon of Russellville Arkansas; Shelbie and Madison Vaughn of Atlanta, Texas; and Caleb Rogers of Texarkana, Texas.
Funeral services will be held at Texarkana Arkansas Funeral Home on Friday, September 25, 2026 at 2:00 PM, with Bro. Jeff Owen officiating. Burial will be held at Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held at Texarkana Arkansas Funeral Home on Thursday, September 24, 2026, from 6:00-8:00 PM in the Chapel.
