Arkansas House passes bill that will increase speed limit to 75

Arkansas Highways may soon have a maximum speed of 75 m.p.h.

House Bill 2057 would raise the speed on controlled-access highways from 70 to 75. Semi-trucks would be limited to 70.

The bill unanimously passed the Arkansas House on Thursday and is now headed to the Senate.
