According to Texarkana, Ark. Police Department on Friday, April 28 they conducted a joint operation with the FBI with the focus of targeting underage prostitution and human trafficking in Texarkana.
As a result of the investigation, 3 females were arrested on charges of Prostitution and Possessing an Instrument of Crime.
Three of the females are identified as Jessica Dodson, 20 years of age, Latoya Robinson, 39 years of age, and Savannah “Savy” Works, 18 years of age.
According to police other arrests were made during the investigation, but their names are not available at this time.
