Texarkana, Texas, 7:30 am – A car veered off I-30 and struck the cable barrier in the median. When the car came to a stop, the cable barrier was sitting on top of the vehicle. It is unknown if a second vehicle was involved. This happened just West of the Stateline Bridge on I-30.
