The hawk nation showed their support today, February 7, 2018 at the Pleasant Grove High School gym for the MaxPreps and Army National Guard presentation of the 13th annual nationally ranked championship trophy.
Players entered triumphantly as the high school band played their fight song. Representatives from MaxPreps, Army National Guard, Rep. John Ratcliffe’s office and School Board President, Fred Meisenheimer all spoke praises.
Mayor Bruggeman acknowledged the teams dedication to earning their success. He emphasized that they have represented themselves and Texarkana well, later pinning Coach Josh Gibson and football players.
