Council Oath 400% Longer Than Presidential

A few council members took their oath’s again last night. The oath seemed a little wordy to me so I did a little research.

Texarkana City Council Oath 1 minute 49 seconds. Presidential Oath 27 Seconds. That is a 400% time difference. See them both for yourself.
