Rumors of a coming gasoline shortage are causing long lines at some Texarkana area gas stations Thursday afternoon.
The station at the Arkansas Blvd. Walmart had around ten cars waiting for each pump at 2:30 p.m. Thursday.
Dallas is also seeing long lines and some stations out of gas due to the high demand in the wake of Hurricane Harvey.
TXK Today was told they had no comment when we called EZ-Mart corporate headquarters to inquire about any shortages.
According to the Texas Railroad Commissioner there are currently no gas shortages in Texas.
