A Texas High student amputated their hand in a shop class class Tuesday.
According to TISD Executive Director of Public Relations Tina Veal-Gooch, the student was transported by LifeNet after suffering an injury in a construction department class.
According to the Tiger Times Online student newspaper it happened in the performing arts center.
