This week Texarkana, Texas Police are looking for Kadarius Tyler, who has a warrant for Soliciting a Person Under the Age of 18.
Tyler allegedly approached the 11 year old victim while they were playing basketball and offered them $100 for sexual favors. Thankfully, the child refused and immediately told their grandfather what happened.
