Federal court records accuse a former Red River Army Depot employee of stealing more than $1,000 worth of equipment “beginning in or after January 2015, and ending in or about July 2018.”

Frederick Eugene Morgan is named in an information document filed Tuesday in the Texarkana Division of the Eastern District of Texas. The information accuses Morgan of taking seven different pieces of property belonging to the depot in 2016 and 2018. A chart listing the equipment in the information includes a description of the item, its value and the date it was sold at a pawn shop.

The values range from less than $25 to more than $350.

According to the case docket, Morgan has entered into a plea agreement with the government.

A notice of penalty states Morgan faces up to 10 years in federal prison, a fine up to $250,000 or twice any pecuniary gain to the defendant or loss to the victim. Court records don’t show an attorney for Morgan.
