Texarkana, Texas Police arrested a man running down State Line Ave. nude early Wednesday morning.
According to police they arrested Trevor Payne about 12:30 a.m. after he was stopped running down the middle of Stateline Avenue near Texas Blvd buck naked. He was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and given a quick ride down to the Bi-State Jail.
