Texarkana, Arkansas Police are investigating a shooting the occurred on E. 7th Street near State Line Blvd.
Police say that it was a rolling disturbance.
At least one person was shot and a car left the roadway and crashed into a house on E. 7th Street.
Police continue to investigate.
