Texarkana, Texas Police is asking for help in identifiyng a man that stole a woman’s purse.
On December 10, he walked into the McDonald’s on W. 7th Street, looks around briefly, and then grabs a woman’s purse from the back of her chair. He runs out the door and jumps into the passenger seat of a dark colored Pontiac G6. Just a few minutes later, someone used a debit card that was in the purse at a convenience store in Texarkana Arkansas.
