Texarkana Man Arrested on Breaking or Entering and Theft of Property Charges

On Monday, July 23 Miller County Deputies responded to a residence on McClure Road in reference to a theft. Upon arrival, Deputies were advised that multiple items had been stolen from a storage building. Items included a power washer, multiple power tools, and electronic devices. No suspect information was immediately available.

On Wednesday, July 25 Investigator Sam McJunkins located several items of property associated with the theft. The items located and seized included the power washer, power tools and electronic devices. Inv. McJunkins investigation revealed that suspect, Zackery Rollins, W/M 22, of Texarkana, Arkansas had been in possession of the property. Based on the investigation, a Felony Warrant for Breaking or Entering and Theft of Property was issued. On Friday, July 28 Deputy Cody Hensley located and arrested Rollins on charges of Breaking or Entering and Theft of Property.

Rollins was booked into the Miller County Detention Center and a bond of $30,000.00 was set. The investigation remains open and additional arrests and charges are anticipated.
