Texarkana Police are searching for two men who were captured on video stealing three pair of athletic shorts from the Foot Action in Central Mall on May 7.
According to police, When the employee went to the back of the store looking for an item for another customer, the man with the red shirt shoved the shorts down the front of his pants. An employee from another store recognized him as having been in their store earlier that day and said that the red shirted man has a tattoo of a dollar sign under his left eye.
