At Partners Resource Network (PRN), we believe no parent should have to navigate disability services alone. We provide free support, training, and resources to families of children and youth with disabilities, as well as youth self-advocates across Texas. Our team helps families understand disabilities, explore programs and services, participate confidently in the IEP process, learn about their rights under state and federal law, strengthen communication with professionals, develop advocacy skills, and build meaningful support networks. Through our statewide Parent Training and Information (PTI) Centers—PACT, PATH, PEN, and TEAM—PRN empowers families with the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to help their children thrive.
