HandsOn Texarkana’s annual fundraiser features a chef-prepared multi-course tapas dinner with California wines, live music by The Jive Band and a silent auction. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and 1920s attire is encouraged. A bourbon and cigar lounge is available for a $50 donation.
