MLK Day Parade

The Texarkana community is set to honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. next January with a day of festivities, music, and community spirit.

Sponsored by BTGArkansas, the 10th Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day Parade will take place on Monday, Jan. 19, 2026, along East Front Street in Texarkana, Arkansas. This year’s milestone celebration is organized around the theme: “We’ve come this far by faith!”

The event promises a full morning of entertainment for families and residents. Festivities are scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m., featuring live music and local vendors. The highlight of the day, the annual parade, will officially step off at 11:30 a.m.

Organizers invite the entire public to head to E. Front St., Texarkana, AR 71854 to join the celebration.
